OOTD : the back alley

These photos were taken last two weeks ago when we visited Arab St. I bugged my boyfie to visit the place since I've never visited the whole area. I was kinda disappointed because it is not what I expected it to be, I was expecting more cafes and restaurants around the area. I am not sure if we missed out anything during our visit. The one thing I love is the nearby area called Haji Lane where you can find unique shops and small cafes. We wanted to have dinner but most of the cafes/restaurants are crowded so we had no choice but to retreat back to the mall.

I wanted to achieve touristy-streetstyle vibe hence I went for the classic pairing of a white t-shirt and denim. There is nothing more touristy than wearing a souvenir shirt :D. To add an extra kick to my very casual outfit I tied a plaid red long sleeve shirt around my waist. Plaid shirts tied around the waist is one of the trends this year. I love sporting this trend but on my outfit it did not went well (because of my big tummy since it went on a four-day McDo diet...please don't get distracted).

OOTD : the green army

I hate going to airports when sending off someone but we can't help those temporary goodbyes. Though my parents are going home after their 10 days vacation I tried to look on the brighter side. On my recent trip to Changi Airport I wore an outfit which I think is suitable while traveling. My outfit is a simple combination of an oversize shirt and comfy leggings. I think it is a good airport fashion where style and comfort are both achieved. It should be a top priority to wear light clothing while traveling because you can move freely and easily. Another benefit from wearing a lightweight base clothing would be layering. What do you think?

OOTD : love and be loved

It feels like yesterday! who would have thought that we would last this long :D. Last Thursday me and boyfie celebrated our 7th anniversary together as a couple. Our relationship is one of the things I am very much proud of because in this age people tend to change their partners too often.

I am trying to avoid colors these days due to my hair but last Thursday was an exception. On our special occasion I wore a floral crop top over a black dress for that feminine vibe. The photos for my #ootd were not that okay but still sharing those I feel acceptable.

OOTD : max it out

When was the last time you did something for the first time?
Hmmm it was last week for me, the first time I colored my entire hair. Actually I am afraid of trying something new but when it comes to my hair its a different thing. Even though the outcome did not came as expected I am trying to enjoy and have fun with it. Another first I did was wearing a maxi dress, for the longest time I wanted to wear one. I just find maxi dresses so effortlessly chic but my height does not permit me to try one. Thanks to the heavens for granting my wish, so yeah here I am rockin' my first ever maxi dress. BTW just recently I've learned from my sister that maxi dress from Dorothy Perkins can be altered with your desired length. If I would have learned that they can alter it to my height I think my cabinet will be full of them :D.

OOTD : i said yes

Hello there blue hair!!! Last week, I felt the urge to change my hairstyle so I went to Plaza Singapura Chapter 2. I was aiming to get Kylie Jenner's green hairstyle but the two stylists who did mine failed. I am a disappointed on the result, instead of having green hair I turned into an anime character with blue hair. I won't blame anyone for the misfortune that my hair encountered because I know everything happens for a reason. This weird hair color of mine shocked a lot of people specially to my siblings and office mates. I am still not used to getting weird and cold stares from people but hey life goes on. The only benefit I got from this blue hair is that my #ootd looks way much cooler.

I may look sad on the photos above but its the opposite because I am the happiest. The moment I've been waiting for so long came true. It was super quick and short but it was one of the sweetest moment of my life. My boyfie finally popped the question "WILL YOU MARRY ME?" and i said "YES". I am so blessed and lucky to have him and I can't wait to spend forever with him.

OOTD : morning glory

We have are own biases and favorites but sometimes we have to try something new. Back in the days I really hate anything white but I really can't figure out the reason. These days though something changed, I found myself falling in love with white. I finally realized that white is as powerful and sophisticated as black. I am excited in updating my wardrobe with clean, fresh and crisp pieces of anything white once I'm back to shopping. Right now I am tempted to go shopping again because its GSS but I have to resist the urge for my bigger dreams :( huhuhu. I guess I have to live with whatever I have and be creative in mixing and matching.

OOTD : keep it real

If you love someone or something it is hard to hide it. Hmmmm, I won't lie I'm so in too black again. If you've seen my previous post  you might already know that I've been black out again with black. I may seem boring but hey you can't blame me there is something with black that makes me gaga. Whenever I am wearing something black I feel confident and rich hahaha!!.
But lately there is something new that I've discovered -- love for anything white, I'm not sure if its part of growing up. Anyhow, here is another #ootd in black. I wore a textured crop top over a dress and finished the look by tying black & white cardigan.

P.S.: Gals please don't mind if I keep repeating pieces here and there because right now I try not to shop and just work whatever I have on my cabinet. xoxo ;)

OOTD : the verge

Would you believe me if I told you that these were taken around 5:20 in the afternoon? Yup!! you read it right these were taken late in the afternoon. I love it here in Singapore because the sun goes down only around 7:00. Natural light is something every blogger rely on their beautiful and crisp #ootd. But of course big thanks to my boyfie who became pro in adjusting his camera settings. We took this ootd sesh super quick because we have to attend the mass so forgive the awkward poses and funny expressions. And yeah, I am back to black though its still summer #firstloveneverdies.

OOTD : the reunion

I've utilized my annual pass at Universal Studios Singapore already, its my 4th time now this year #sorryimnotsorry. My 4th was somewhat special than the previous 3 since I was reunited with my girlfriend from College. Being at theme parks is already magical what more if you are with your loves right?!?. Though our meeting was short it was indeed one of the sweetest moments I had at USS. Same goes with my outfit, I was sporting a monochrome and macho kind of ootd but I felt girly and sweet :D.
